Recently founded, LESS Design Group has excelled in providing our clients with a high-end design for a reasonable price. The core members of LESS Design Group have been in the business for over 25 years and have the skills and experience to deliver a successful product.

AIA Associate. Before creating LESS Design, Edgardo held multiple positions of leadership and responsibility for over 25+ years, leading projects and teams and managing client relations to ensure success. Edgardo specializes in multi-family, commercial projects, and custom residential homes, with extensive experience with on-grade, podium, wrap, townhomes, and concrete tilt-up projects. His experience in coordinating large-scale projects and ensuring that all his projects are successful, on time, and within budget is what will help drive excellence at LESS Design.

Principal and Managing Director
AIA international associate. Luis has over 35+ years of experience in the architectural field, managing multi-family projects with more than 57,000 units on construction types ranging from Type I to Type V. Luis uses his experienced insight to manage projects and ensure that the design is feasible and complete, within budget, and in compliance with code. Years of experience managing projects as a business director demonstrate that Luis achieves success on your projects. His specialty in multifamily projects and management will ensure the legitimacy and excellence of each project completed at LESS Design.

Principal and Director of Business Development and Quality Control
Maria currently leads the administration area and covers with great professionalism the accounting, management, and marketing departments. Additionally, Maria is to finish up her degree in Finance at Chapman University this next year.
